When I form a group I would choose the following. The team worker, the plant, the critical eye and the coordinator. The reason I choose the following is because they have the perfect attributes for a winning team.
The reason I chose the team worker as he/she can help bind the team together. With his/her infectious team spirit he/she can help the team work and cooperate together on various tasks. Next I would choose the Plant because he/she can help add color and creativity to a project or an assignment . This is important as the Plant can add life to a dull project.
Also, I would choose the critical eye to proofread and double check for any flaws or errors in our work. This way, when the project or assignment is passed up, there won't be any clumsy or careless mistakes. Lastly, I would choose the coordinator as the head of team. He/she has the attributes of a good leader and can lead the team forward and manage it well too.
So this is my dream team :)
